XII. STAR HOME LOAN – SPECIAL PACKAGE
FIXED RATE OF INTEREST –
LOAN AMOUNT UPTO Rs.5.00 lacs – 8.50% p.a.
LOAN AMOUNT ABOVE Rs.5.00 lacs & UPTO Rs.20 lacs – 9.25% p.a.
These rates are fixed for a period of 5 years. The rate will be reset after 5 years from the date of drawal of first instalment.
