Validity:

In India and Nepal

Eligibility
Salaried & Self employed Individuals with Annual income of Rs 75,000/- and above

Documents:

Proof of Income:

Salaried Individuals: Tax return, Form No16, Salary certificates ,
Self employed: Annual Tax returns, Bank account statement of the past Six months

Please note: Permanent Account Number(PAN)/Form No.61 is mandatory for card issuance

Proof of residence:
Ration Card, electricity/telephone bills, PAN card, Voters ID etc.

Entrance fee: NIL

Annual Membership fee:
Waived subject to minimum transaction of Rs.20,000/- during the previous 12 months.

Spending limit:
20 per cent of annual income minimum limit: Rs.15,000/- maximum Rs.50,000/-( (higher spending limits will be at the discretion of the Bank subject to proof of income)

Cash Withdrawal limit
50 % of the spending limit as above .Maximum Cash Rs.15,000/- per day
