BOI Unique Security Plan

Specially arranged for this card and can be used to avail accident insurance and medi-claim policies at special discount rates. 

Grievance redressal:

Cardholders may forward their complaints/grievances within 60 days to the Bank at the following address addressed to The Assistant General Manager, Bank of India, Card Products Department, Bank of India building, 70/80MG Road, Fort, Mumbai-400023

Reporting of default Status:

In case of default of the Cardholder in repayment of his Card dues for a minimum period of 90 days the bank at its discretion shall withdraw the Card facility. The Bank shall also upload the cardholder's default status to the CIBIL or any other Credit Information Company authorized by the Reserve Bank of India after issuing due notice to such Cardholder of such contemplated action 30 days prior to such uploading. The default status shall be withdrawn within 30 days of the Cardholder repaying his dues to the Bank and providing due evidence of the same to the Bank.

Available Credit limit :
Available credit limit shall be the Spending Limit as reduced by the usages made for retail purchase, cash advance, Service charges and fees and taxes and also authorizations obtained on the card but not presented by the merchant as set out in the Credit card statement under "Total Payment due”

For matters relating to Credit limit, cash withdrawal limit, Termination/revocation of Card membership, surrender of Card by the Cardholder, Loss/theft/misuse of card, Disclosure etc

Charge Cards

Charge Card means charges which are payable by the Cardholder in full on or before the due date of the Card bill either by debit to a Charge Account or otherwise. Card dues can be paid by way of cheque or Cash or to the debit of your designated account with any of our branches
